Yep...thats the plan anyway. Keep panicking that it won't grow and we'll just have planted millions of dead twigs Should look like this in summer (fingers crossed)

Thanks ladies, I'm pleased its turned out like it has - it took a lot of patience and some very numb fingers (didn;t help that the willow got delivered when the temperature decided to drop to -7 and we got told we had to plant it asap ). Will post more pics in spring when its all green.

ems101 - we have some instructions sheets to help us but now we've got the nack we are thinking we could do some more - tunnel and a hedge too. If your SIL wants some more info just pm me and I can send you some details Its fairly easy once you get the gist of it.

Wow just fantastic, what a lovely green way to give our kids a play house - so much nicer than those plastic ones!! Going to move into environmental living as it doesn't get greener than a tree
