Any ideas what to do .

With this large Bay tree, well the leaves really.....
I have a huge Bay tree in the front garden and its getting out of hand and needs a hair cut, but i dont know what to do with the skip full of leaves we will have.
Its a least 10ft by 12ft
I have phoned a couple of local food companies and they buy their leaves from Turkey because its cheaper for them than picking and drying local ones.
Help, i really dont want to burn or let them rot away but the bush is in front of the house and is cutting out light to the kitchen.

well why not! Pick a summer day and dry a few branches off!!

Yeah, could advertise on freecycle if anybody wants some, put a thread on misc sales on here Facebook it too!

Such a shame they don't want it. What about local restaurants or charities that cook for the homeless? Can't think of anything else just yet though. You could try contacting famous chefs and offering it to them!
