Veg Boxes

What companies do you all get your veg boxes from and would you reccomend them?

I looked at one a while ago and was surprised that they put things in that have been flown in! I'd rather get a box that contains seasonal veg preferably from local farms but at least from within England.

Google is always my friend when it comes to things like this
We found our last veg box scheme through Google (a company called "Local's Best", who sourced all the produce from local farms in Herts, Beds & Bucks) but they closed up shop recently, so we've been visiting the farm shop that supplied most of the produce :D Real shame that they stopped delivering as the selection was great & when Erin was small, it meant that we always had a ready supply of fresh veg & some fruit.
We've recently looked at ordering with another one that has popped up on Google, called Garden Friend, again it's all supposed to be locally sourced, which I prefer. Will let you know how I get on...
Good luck with your search  Sometimes the only way to know if the scheme is any good or not is to give it a whirl...

Thanks, I've found Sunrise organics that is in Hemel so not far away and also Church Farm in Stevenage but I'm not certain about the size of their box, it says 6 portions for their smallest box which sounds tiny!
