Anyone else into fermented foods/drinks/etc?

I've got kefir grains already but have just ordered the following cultures:

buttermilk
caspian sea yogurt
fil mjolk
water kefir grains


I'd love to share them with anyone interested and then swap notes!

I'm completely addicted to kefir and would (and have) choose it over chocolate cake!! Weird, I know

Don't know anything about it really - got any good info links?

I've never heard of any of that apart from buttermilk.
