If you go to the arthritis uk website they go through pretty much all the supplement which are supposed to be beneficial for arthritis, giving the pros and cons of each, as well as discussing the scientific evidence as to whether they have been shown to be helpful. I can't remember if it is on the main website or one of the downloadable leaflets - is a useful resource anyway, x.

Amber definitely works. I also have a copper bracelet. Glucosamine is good as a fish oils, but i'mfairly sure there's something better than fish oil but can't remember.

Pain killers are a last resort for me.

Rosehip is meant to be good.
