Not completely sure about arthritis or just general joint problems but there's bromolain supplements - a pineapple enzyme. I've used it successfully at reducing pain in my knees in the past.

My mum used to take something else, I think possibly Litozin capsules. She swore by them, not sure if she still takes them or not. I think it's rosehip based.

I heard something about floatation, perhaps salt water spa or something along those lines? Sounds quite pleasent even if it doesn't help much!

The Dino Daisy website says that amber is 'effective for rheumatoid pains' so maybe an amber bracelet/anklet could help.

Devils claw is good and plenty of oils, flax and hemp are good. Turmeric is also a natural anti inflamatory. Epsom salt baths and bromelain too. It depends a lot on the type of arthritis. Is it osteo or rheumatoid? Magnet therapy can be very useful, my mum swear by her bioflow.
