Both the Kosy website and the Babyhawk website have good instructions I think...

Kosy:http://kozycarrier.homestead.com/instructions.html

Babyhawk: http://www.babyhawk.com/Instructions/

Hope that helps a little - at what point does he get uncomfortable?
I cross the straps behind Isabelle's back and then bring them under her legs so they're never pressing on her legs IYKWIM - but if they do she moans and MOANS!!

If you go to youtube and do a search for mei tai back carry (or any other sling carry you want) you can find some great, videos. Really helped me a lot.

Oooh www.mamanatura.co.uk is great too
www.naturallyhappyslings.co.uk

There are also loads of really really good videos on youtube for showing how to use slings too.

I find forsale or trade sections of forums are just too tempting too ;)

Got one of these, it's not a mei tai - well it sort of is but it has buckles *got fed up of acres of fabric of the Moby and my babyhawk's ties dangling in puddles or steaming great piles of horse manure when putting on)
It is beautiful, I have the turquoise flowers on black one. I added in the toddler hood and even already it's great as a sunshade.
It also is sooo comfy. My most comfy yet. A three hour hill walk and no probs at all.

I don't know if I can recommend another forum on here, but am doing so purely for the reviews section they have??!!
its the babywearer website. It was invaluble to me for making this last purchase.
