What is the best WNN outer?

In your opinion, what is the better outer to get - bamboo towelling, bamboo velour or cotton velour? Am debating wether to give these another go!

I borrowed a minkee outer one to try and it was lovely, dry on the outside in the morning xx

I have 2 jersey outers (leak too much and get sopping) and 4 minkee outers (lovely and dry feeling by morning even if the inners/boosters are dripping wet...sadly I am going to be selling them all slowly off as I have discovered a preference for LLs HW NN...these are amazing
