Can anyone help? I'm not sure if the problem is the nappy or the wrap, or both, or the fact that DD sleeps on her front all night (meaning the back of the nappy is dry in the morning). Any ideas or suggestions? Our Bedbugs, Baby Bufters and other wraps/fleece seem to be ok. I'm not ready for wool

It could be a few things..

Is the wrap nice and snug around her legs/tummy? Is it leaking straight through, the PUL could need resetting..just a warm tumbledry should work.
The nappy may not be absorbant enough, fold the inserts to where they're needed.

Have you tried the nappy with another wrap and vise-versa..

Thank you! The wrap was fine last night, so it must be the nappy... I hadn't even thought to fold the inserts differently! Will try that tonight to see if it helps. Knowing my luck, she'll decide to sleep on her back tonight

I did wonder about the PUL, but we only have a washer dryer, and there's no way of changing the heat setting. Whenever I've used the dryer, stuff has come out really really hot so I'm reluctant to put the wrap on a tumble

What fabric is the UDNN? It could just be that. DS2 sleeps on his front so I position inserts etc more to the front.....and he's a boy so I have to anyway!

I got them from Classifieds and think they said they were soy... does that sound right?!

It's probably french soy in that case which is not as absorbant like bamboo so I guess that's the reason for your leaks

Yep they could well be. Gracie was a light wetter but we found the soy UD's just couldn't cut it without major boosting x

Ah, that'll be it then. I just thought that a night nappy would be made out of something absorbant! I folded the inserts differently last night, and no leaks. Hurrah. The WN wrap was fine over a different nappy. So think we're all sorted for now. Thanks for the tips
