I know this is a topic which is done to death, but I really need some help with night nappies.
I thought I'd found the perfect one for Bella, which was a Cotton Quick Flip, booster with an Ella's House hemp insert folded in 3 and another small hemp booster. The is covered with either a Couche Cover, or shorites or longies, dependant on the weather. For the last week, the nappy has come off absolutely saturated, I mean it's dripping And her bum is wet to the touch, even though there is a fleece liner in the nappy.
If I boost much more I'm gonna have problems with the rise of the nappy as she seems to need long rise nappies - she wears BGs in the day and they are fully opened up, and she's less than 20lbs.
I have tried in the past:
Huggles - just couldn't get a good fit
Bamboozles - Could not get enough boosting in to last the whole night
Bamboo QF - Different fit to cotton ones?
Bamboo Baby Beehinds - Far too short in the rise
BumHuggers - Didn't work; if I out enough stuffing in, it distorted the shape of the nappy
Drybees Fleece nappy - Useless
NightNotions (Front-snapping) - wasn't a good fit and leaked. Might consider a side snapping one.
I'm sure there are others. My DH was beginning to despair at the number of nappies I was buying to try.
Any ideas on a better night nappy? I have a HL bedbug coming soon - are these any good for heavy wetters?
Thanks
