They are recommended from about 8lb. My baby was just over 6lb at birth and the easyfits didn't fit her until she was 2 or 3 months old. For the first few months I used newborn sized nappies. If you are expecting a small baby, you probably won't be able to use 'birth to potty' nappies for a couple of months.
