4 x reusable washable fleece inserts.
6 x spare gPants pouches (to fit medium/large/XL).
All used but good condition still plenty to give. The gPants have some velcro pulls on waist band, waterproof pouches have some staining. Photos available but can't figure out how to upload them, sorry!
