They are an odd shape so they are a booster rather than an insert. Will find a picture.

Would you be able to get it into a standard pocket nappy. I have little lamb bamboo boosters, and microfiber inserts. Not loving the microfiber though.

Not sure as I don't have a pocket to try it in. I don't think they will be as thick as an insert.

They are 30cm long, 10cm wide at the narrow point and 22cm at the widest point.
