My daughter just uses a size one nappy and a newborn wrap (she insists on a 2 part system, no pockets for her dolls!) but it is a bit bulky for poor Baby Annabel.
I have seen nappies sold as dolls nappies/tiny baby nappies. I think it might have been The Baby Catalogue - Kushies - but I've just had a quick look and can't see them.
If anybody finds anything I'd be interested too as DD is very into her dolls at the moment.
Do you have access to a sewing machine? , or you can hand sew them. There are a few patterns out there. I made my own for my 2 year old who thought they were great . But I do have an obsession for my sewing machine at the mo as I m new to sewing
Emma's dolls have a couple from Kingdom of Fluff as well as a couple of newborn waffles from Nappies by Minki which used to be Lauren's. Nappies by Minki also do teeny preemi ones which would maybe fit smaller/slimmer dolls better http://www.minkinappies.co.uk/index.php?cPath=29
