Newborn nappies make good dolly nappies (e.g. XS thirsties as they're velcro) we've got a dolly nappy from Minki and I know tots-bots make them too...

Findlay sends a vote for Dolly Tots fitteds by Tots Bots and Teeni Preemi's from Minki which are AIO

They're not so good if your LO is a heavy wetter though.
