Felt toys?

Does anyone know a WAHM that makes felt toys?

I really want one of these for my son but it's not something I would be capable of. WOndering if I could pay someone else to make it.

Could I make them on a cheap sewing machine do you think? Someone in another post mentioned some sewing machines for £50 at John Lewis which I would get if I could make things like this on it.
