how does cottage licence work for woolies?

Sounds like a great idea!! I've been thinking about knitting hats for the scbu at work. It'd be so nice to have some pretty, soft (non-acrylic) hats for the babies.

All our quilting group members make quilts for a UK charity for preemie babies nad sick children. Theres lots of charities out there that appreciate ppl's talents, and put all items to good use
