Who can make a shirt for a 7yr & matching dress for Martha?

Hello talented ladies! We are going to a wedding on the 1st July and the children are actually invited!!!

I would like to co-ordinate the children's outfits so a long sleeved shirt for small nearly 7 year old DS and a pretty dress for tall 18 month old Martha. DS could pull off a floral pattern shirt so fabric shouldn't be TOO much of a challenge! I'd rather pay one (or two) of you lovely ladies than give more money to Monsoon. Can anybody help? I was going to suggest Rae as well. Her boy's shirts look lovely and she is great at making custom orders.
