Olivia dress needed 30th march

Pref velour and rainbow colours. For rainbow themed wedding end of this month.
Age 3.

Pref bamboo, but am cutting it fine i know.

I dont use polyester velours but if i or you can find someone to dye me some bamboo velour then maybe.

OR i can do an solid colour with a rainbow embroidery

OR a scrappy dress made with different solid colour velour (different colour for arms hood and body) with embroidery

The last 2 options i can do for the 30th and maybe the 1st if i can get some
