@Little Pants How about using a wool sleeping bag? I'm umming and ahing about getting one (anyway) and about trying a wool wrap again for nights. I like the look of the disana velcro one, which isn't widely stocked, but seems it would be easier to put on and take off and also easier to clean than the shorts style ones you normally get.

A wool sleeping bag over a wool soaker should work fine, as they will breathe at the same rate.
