Ok ,thats a great pattern, its a popular one on CNT so there should be someone around to help if you get stuck, i've made loads from this pattern, the only thing is that it does come up small.
I normally use a 3.75mm for the waist band and and 4.5mm for the main body, they are the suggested sizes and give me the correct tension.
You will need a 100g skein of aran or worsted weight yarn for the soaker, the softest wool for a new baby will be BFL (blue faced leicester) or merino though you will have a certain amount of wool left over if you make a nb or small size.

To relanolize - you only need to do this if your garment starts to retain smells, or starts to loose it's waterproofing.
Put about 1/4 tsp of solid lanolin ( I recommend the So Scruptious British lanolin) in a tiny amount of boiling water, or place it and the water in the microwave for about a minute. This will melt the lanolin. Add a few drops of wool wash or baby shampoo, and stir until the liquid becomes cloudy and emulsified. If it won't emulsify, add a little more wool wash. Then add about 1 litre of cold water(enough liquid to cover the garment) I find a 5 litre ice cream tub is just the right size for lanolizing single items. Place the item in the solutions, making sure it is covered with the solution, and leave overnight. Remove, squeeze out whatvyou can, and then roll it in a towel. Tread all over the towel, and then takenthe soaker out of the towel, amd dry flat. I dry them on top of the boiler..
You can use any lanolin, including liquid ones, but I recommend solid lanolin. Lansinoh can also be used, if you already have some, but we have not tested this, so I can't recommend quantities to use. The method is the same as above though.

Just a thought, but have you sorted licenses for the patterns you want to sell from? I know the Snapdragon doesn't need one, but a lot of patterns request that you have one.
