A nice pattern for Aran?

Postby labbiefan » Thu Jul 19, 2012 1:22 pm

Can anyone recommend a nice pattern for a baby girls aran project. I bought some beautiful aran yarn from Sara at Greenabubs with the intention of trying to knit longies, but not feeling very brave so thinking of knitting something within my comfort zone! Can anyone recommend a nice girly pattern- 3-6 months ish size- I have 200g worth of lovely yarn.

Thanks

What makes you think you won't be able to do longges ? What kind of things do you usually knit x

This, if you are looking for girls top patterns and they are in your comfort zone you will be able to do longies too. no harder than cardis, jumpers etc just different.

I usually knit cardis, jumpers, animals etc. But never knitted in the round or done short rows. Maybe I just need some u-tube time to learn. Would love to do a pair x
