Help me choose a colourway?

Where are you all buying your semi-solid yarns from?

@tracedw did me a beautiful shawlette for a craft swap in a navy and oatmeal/ beige trim, I think it was in cascade yarn? the navy is a semi solid and is just beautiful, it has a lustre to it and looks great with jeans, is kinda neutral really.

I think two semi-solids would like lovely, you could do navy blue with a khaki trim. Either that or the light/dark denim blues in the third and fourth photos on the pattern page looks lovely.

You could always get customs made in whater colours you chose.

Thanks for that - I've seen quite a few people mention cascade yarns, but I've never really looked at them so will have a good nose!

Thanks for that - the shawl is stunning, and the colours would definitely go with jeans. Gives me some ideas.

Both of the yarns for that shawl were Colinette Jitterbug,the blue is Velvet Damson and the neutral is Oyster Blush, gorgeous yarn to knit with
