Beyond Puerperium

Just wondered if you had knit this for a gift and how well it was received. Was it used and loved?

I've had 2 friends have babies recently, I'd be making 0-3 or 3-6 months. It does look like a nice gift knit and maybe a quick knit too.

I like this pattern - I find it a quick knit in the small sizes (and I'm a slooow knitter!) It was well received. I do generally use SW yarn for 'non cloth-ies' so it can be machine washed and therefore gets used.

Thanks. I think I'll buy the pattern and see what I have suitable in my stash. A lot of my smaller leftovers are not SW though and as you say, it has to be washable for non-realwool people :giggle:
