Woolishous scents

I've only ordered once from them but got excellent customer service. Everything was made quickly and sent quickly and her communication was brilliant.
What a shame that other people haven't had the same experience.

same here. First order arrived really quickly, i even got a text asking if I'd like free samples. Second order took over a month to arrive, but I let that slide as she wasn't well. Another order wasn't packaged properly and leaked, another. Had long delays due to illness again and the last and final one i made took over 2 weeks as their website hadn't acknowledged my order. Luckily i stocked up with my last order, i won't be ordering direct again. Its a shame as their products smell great and leave wool super soft x

Am giving them a chance but that's partly cos I don't really want to order from the States and the discount was so good. However, if there are issues with any order that I place with them then I won't use them again....I cannot stand poor CS, it's one of my pet hates! At least it's not happening with everybody's orders all of the time.

Totally agree, i think everyone deserves a chance. Hope you have better luck the some of us have had x

I've had bad CS from them direct. I had to buy some of their solid lanolin (not direct) in an emergency as I desperately needed some and couldn't find anything else.

Such a shame so many people have had bad experiences. Dealing with them as my wholesaler i have always had great CS.

I just wanted to day that my order arrived yesterday after I placed it on Saturday evening, yet to try it out but pleased with the scent, etc so I will try them again and hopefully have success with them again!

@DebbieP i order mine last thursday and still not got it yet i hope it will come today
