Leg warmer pattern?

Anyone have a tried and tested leg warmer pattern? Want to knit some up for bump for winter but there are so many patterns that I thought I would ask if there are any people recommend? I had thought of just making one up and knitting a tube of ribbing but not sure if they would fit right

I'm sure my mum uses the baby frogs legs pattern on rav. Or you could use a bootie pattern and keep going up the sides to make footed legwarmers. I take it this is for in a sing/wrap?

The baby frogs legs ones look cute so will probably give them a go! Love the idea of making a bootie then just continuing up the leg too so may have to experiment with that. Yes, for using in a sling
