My square topped hat pattern: testers pattern ready

I am 2" in to the knit part, but I am a very slow knitter

Now don't shout at me, but I ahd no dk so did it in some aran that I had I scaled it down a size or two, but maybe knitting myself a hat, rather than Oscar

Don't worry Viki, it was more for the length on that size anyway as I have made the original for Austin but he has a big head I just wanted to know it fit someone else's child of the same age

Did you get gauge? I do knit tight, so that may be something I need to look at changing

i'll get a picture tomorrow when the FAt one is awake. The only thing I would say is that it could do with another inch in length, or my knitting is too tight or the fat one has a big head.

You'll see what i mean when you see it on.
