Are dungarees easy to knit?

I still haven't got around to making some for Emmet but really want some! I am still to even buy yarn , the yarn I did buy made longies instead.

Are they fairly easy to knit?

I wish i could knit, i'm still on dishcloths!

If you've completed longies then you should have no problems with dungarees

They are no harder than longies. The only difference really is that you start off with a separate front and back that you have to join rather than starting with a waistband.
