Woolicious lanolin

I ordered a few items online on 29th January.

I still haven't received anything. So I emailed them Monday and they haven't even got back to my email.

Is anything going on with them? Anyone else had same problem?

Unfortunately I've heard lots of complaints about delays in sending out orders
