Easiest pattern for Wool Soaker

Postby NappyStash » Sat Sep 28, 2013 11:17 am

Hi All, I am new to wool but really keen to try it on my super wetting wee boy! My mother-in-law is wanting to get back into knitting and has offered to make a wool soaker/trousers but has trouble reading. What is the easiest design to make and can anyone advise on the most straightforward pattern to use? Thanks in advance!

The longies one that i used to use is no longer available :(

I've used this soaker pattern http://curlypurly.com/pdf/soaker.pdf

One thing i would say is to go by the measurements of your baby rather than those suggested in the patterns as a lot come up small compared to what most people need in my experience

Thanks! Would you say a soaker or Longies was the more straightforward type as she struggles to read well so they fewer different steps the better really
