Oopps

Just came home from work to find dh had a large parcel for me. It was my delivery of 45 balls of wool, all different styles and types, mostly acrylic as its for knitting for presents for people that wouldnt manage real wool. Im on a wool buying ban from dh and hpped I could sneak it in when he's not here never mind as it was dirt cheap

Oh dear I've got 700g on it way to me I hope it comes when dp is at work .

That's one good thing about DH travelling so much, I can pretty much guarantee he won't be home on the day things arrive

Wow 45 balls that is one big haul!!!! I'm actually going to Berry, a cute town south of here with a gorgeous wool shop today to buy some new wool for my FASC shawl as I've decided I don't like what I've started with as it is too plain / not enough variegation!

You're on a wool ban though, this is acrylic you'll be grand. Lol

I was soooooooooooooooooo restrained and didn't spend the $80 it would have cost to get the Noro wool I love! I did however get some new crochet hooks and a Tunisian cable crochet hook to try
