I made Ewan a wee hat. Dh hates it with a passion and says I'm a mean Mummy for giving Ewan teddy ears but I think its kinda cute! Its the only hat I've ever been able to keep on Ewan's head so he must like it

Aww thanks I kind of made the pattern up using a couple from ravelry. I started with this one

which is really good at explaining exactly what to do, except her fool proof gauge magic thing didn't work so the first hat had to be frogged as it was enormous. So I just made my own hat up basically using that pattern for the basis of the decreases ad then pinched the ears from here

Kierens scarf...knitting it in Pixie knits 'storm' which i absolutly love!! and yes i am knitting on circs...just back and forth but after so much circular knitting i was completly irritated by straights when i attemped it again

Tory that colourway knits up really nicely doesnt it? Im trying to resist buying any more yarn til payday but its so hard lol.

This is how im getting on with Sandy's longies - my first attempt and im really pleased with them. Not perfect by any means but id say ok for a first attempt?

I finished Naomi's ages ago - followed the pattern and my gauge was fine etc but it is so big on her it was age 2-3 and she has just turned two - she must have a TINY head, just measured it and it is 18inches, does that sound small for a 2 year old anyway she can still wear the hat fine it will last the next too winters too though

Jenna - Wow, well done - you are doing brilliantly for your first go - you are going to be so chuffed when they are finished

Knitting a shawl at the mo - have put my yummy queue on hold to get all the christmas pressies knitted as was getting stressed planning time wise and not enjoying my projects at all back on track now as loads of time to get stuff then back to queue of stuff for my monkeys
