Depending on the yarn and how far you felt it (you can control it to a point), you can expect *roughly* 25% shrinkage. It's all quite hit and miss, but you would have a sturdier bag.

Ok, so the casting on row is quite bad, but for someone who couldn't knit a week ago, I'm quite pleased :) I'm hoping it will become a cardigan for Bella (although I think I may need to go and purchase longer needles!)

Ive been away for a few days, and havent been able to get on properly, so have missed heaps. But its all looking lovely (as usual!)

Here's my latest project, its a rainbows blanket for Riley, I'm still not 100% sure on the green, but we'll see

I'm about 1 row from the edging now :mrgreen: Dunno why but these tiny legs just havent been getting any longer, no matter how much I knit :giggle:
Hope they're ok Tory! Should get them posted Thursday when dropping Dawnie off at nursery :mrgreen:

You're doing great hun!

Ref the needle, have you got a circular the right size? I never use straight needles anymore, always use circular even if its a project that doesn't need them because i find them nore comfortable..
