The hoodie has been fairly easy thanks to the wonders of you tube and my mum! The neck line was fiddly to start with because I had to learn a few new techniques but they were all easy to pick up. It's knitted on circ's, my only worry is that it won't fit over Anna's head... I tried to put it on her yesterday and couldn't get it on! I'm hoping once I undo the provsional cast for the hood that the hole will become stretchier and we'll be ok. If not  I dread to think!

Beautiful projects on-the-go :) I particularly love the colourway of oyurs, Twinmama - gorgeous!

I'm using odds and ends from previous projects to knit up some baby socks. I'm at a party this weekend so I just wanted something small and portable I could knit up without really thinking about it. Will post progress pics when I get home!

Thank you! It's from Pixie Knits, the lovely Ali dyed it for me, It's called Daisy - I have the most divine magenta for the trim around the hood and pocket too :D

Wow sooo many lovely things!!

I've finally finished katie's dress tester, and have made myself 2 pairs of socks while we were oin holiday - I must try to get some pics later.

And whoever asked where I find the time for recreational knitting, I don't usually :giggle: :giggle: but socks were a bit smaller to be taking on the plane than longies for customers  and dh might have been a bit cross if id taken work with me like I normally do

Ali, which needles did you take, and on which airline if you don't mind me asking? I'm wondering about risking metal tipped circs when we go, seems silly to lose 6hrs knitting time

I couldn't take them in the cabin  I was gutted about losing the time too :giggle: I didn't want to risk having to give the needles up if they decided they weren't allowed - I nearly risked taking a crochet hook but didn't in the end

Oh no! What a waste. At least you didn't lose them though I suppose. I keep searching the website to see if it says anything, I should just phone/email them I suppose
