I was wondering the same thing, needles in the cabin. We're going to the US in October and I have no idea what to do for all that time..... Chase Martha around I guess. Surely a wooden crochet hook will be ok?

We went with Easyjet and my DH said he found something on their website about it

We're going with Ryanair. Not found anything yet, but that could be my looking. Not to worry, I'm sure I'll find something else to do with 3 boys. Dh will probably need to sleep after a night up and having to drive when we land.

lol, just googled Ryanair and knitting needles and looks like they're a no go, judging by people who have flown with them!

My mum takes her bamboo circular needles with her when she flys to malta with ryan air. she goes about twice a year - i shall just check with her whether she just hides them somewhere

I was wondering this too - we fly Easyjet to Cyprus so almost 5 hours.

Am thinking that with 2 kids (one with no seat of her own) chances are I'll have no time to knit but it'd be nice to do that if they both fall asleep by some miracle
