well it's still a work in progress but it is taking shape nicely

I think the skirt needs to be a bit longer and I have still to work out what type of trim I want to use

i cant carry on yet, need to wait for my stitch markers

I use snipped up straws slipped on the needle. Green starbucks ones are perfect for 5mm needles. I read it on the FLS rav group, I used one every 7 stitches to mark the lace repeats so needed a few!

what a great idea- i am still waiting for my stitch markers to arrive from ebay-
now off to raid my daughter's bobble tin!

got this done last night.. have two projects on the go

extended the legs and changed the cuffs (light green and babies = stains!) on the last pair i made

and grafted the crotch, and started the first leg on the second pair!

They are lovely and the beauty of knitting your own woolies is that you can lengthen the legs if needed cos you usually have a bit of wool left over i have already lengthened a couple of pairs myself
