Could you help me fine prem cardi's please

just what the title says really i need prem knitting patterns

I have a whole book of cardi's, booties, hats, in premie sizes & beyond! I got it because Eleanor was so tiny at birth, needed super premie sizes and lots of them to keep her warm.

How quickly do you need them?
I'm away at a friends at the moment, but will be back home Sunday night.
I could scan them in & email them over if you pm me your email address
