I don't find my slow cooker saves me any time really. I use mine for convenience, when I want to go out and leave it cooking.

I make nearly all our meals ahead and freeze. It just works out the easier option for me. I know that in the freezer now I have portions of chicken tagine, cottage pie, chicken curry, lasagne, chilli and fish cakes. I can't be doing with cooking on the night when I'm hungry and tired.

It looks lovely :)
See I have the Jamie 30 mins book and haven t made anything yet ... Had it over a year
I don t necessarily want to make a three course meal and because its written in the order you would need to make and prep all three meals its not easy to figure out what you would need to do for just one course. Is the 15 min one like that?

This is what I do, Lockie keeps asking me to help cook, so he opens the microwave door and pops a pre-cooked meal in and presses go
