Well I baked it this morning and its gorgeous! Even my oh who said he doesnt like banana cake loved it. Defo one to make again :D

Made this yesterday and there was too much for my loaf tin, so put some in cupcake cases.

Wow is all I can say! Have never known my kids to eat so much cake so quick lol! Am making another tomorrow with walnuts through it as there is not much left now !

Went on the laptop this morning looking for a banana bread recipe, got distracted by CNT & found this :D Made it first thing, loaf & fairy cakes & had them for elevenses. They went down an absolute treat :thumbsup: Thanks Louise

I havnt made this for ages!! :shock: Iv got some frozen ripe bananas in the freezer though so i think i will do one for the kids tomorow! :thumbsup:

@megansmummy - oooh not being daft, but how do you freeze bannanas? in their skins? doesnt the freezer stink of bannanas?

Made some of this with Rhys for DH's father's day present, made little buns instead of cake. We didn't have any chocolate or raisins though so I chopped up 2 Lidl mini mars bars instead. Was delicious.

@gilbertandmartha we often freeze bananas, you need to peel them and then you can wrap them in cling film. They're delicious to eat frozen like an ice pop, you can also chop them in half and stick a lolly stick in before wrapping, et voila, instant healthy ice lollies :)
