What's Cooking Today?

Very boring here. Fish and parsley sauce + veggies. X

Lunch was shop bought but tea is home made soup for us all. The boys will have lentil soup from the freezer and we will make chilli bean soup fresh. Going to have ours with salsa and toasted wraps.

I made veg pie! My mum made the pastry

i'm having white bean soup and the others are having sausages bean, eggs, chips

I changed my mind and made chicken, pancetta and vegetable pie. Its now in the oven and I'm starving!

Ooh, you've reminded me that I have a ham and leek pie filling in the freezer.

We had Celery Risotto , an Abel and Cole recipe to try and use up my mountains of celery ( any more suggestions welcome!!).
I'm not keen on soup for tea , doesn't feel enough , will always be a lunch for me!!??
