That pizza looks yummy @clothmama.
Mine wasn't crispy but very weak. Think it was A-cauliflower still too wet, B-sauce was thin so might have made too much fluid getting into crust and/or C-I hade prebaked the crust this morning and let it cool on the baketray...condenswater might have made it sloppy.
Besides that it was very heavy cheesy taste, might be nicer with mozzarella? I used Edam and Gran Pardano cheese.
Kids didn't like it but that was the cheesy taste, they thought I was nuts giving them cauliflower pizza :giggle:

Did you squeeze the cauliflower out as much as possible after cooking into a clean tea towel? I think sauce definitely needs to be thick too. It wasn't a pizza you can eat with your hands (actually I did a thin piece which I could but not normal size!).

I've just seen a recipe for a cauliflower sauce that looks really nice, I think you use it as a healthy alternative to cream / bechamel sauce etc. I'll update when I get to try it (cauliflowers are currently about 4 euros  so I'm not eating them :giggle: ).
