Roasted veg pasta sauce :D I'd freeze some of the bananas (in their skins) and use them in smoothies.

Oh the bananas wont last long - Tabitha is definitely part monkey

wow that would cost heaps here! I love using chopped peppers in everything so if I ever have loads I chop them into little squares freeze flat on a tray then put in zip lock bags to use a handful as needed. you can do the same with onions and celery.
