Alternatives to tomato?

Hannahs always reacted to Tomatoes and comes out in nasty reddness around her mouth. (Also reacts to Lavender in simialar way) I use a white/cheesey sauce in most things. She actually now hates all things tomato - its like she just knows

It also seems to suggest she should be avoiding other 'nightshade' plants tho' including potatoes aubergines and peppers...

That's a pity as I was going to suggest a peppers and courgette sauce... Great that you've found some tomato alternatives though, hope they taste ok!
