Quick tea inspiration please

Oliver had pitta bread and cheese / hummous for lunch but my brain has failed on what to do him for tea. What are your children having?

You could use a tin of tomatoes for a quick pasta sauce instead

Mine are having cottage pie (home made and frozen).

We're having chicken alfredo with pesto. Dead simple, store cooked chicken, warm up some alfredo sauce (from what i can gather its white sauce with cheese) add some pesto and veggies, mix with pasta.

Failing that it will be gnochi with pesto and.... something

Went with shop cooked chicken mixed in with noodles and peas. Winner!

I am having left over chicken pie with veg, gonna try J with some veg again. N is having fish fingers , chips and beans just for a change

We're having arancini (left over risotto rolled into balls and then breadcrumbed and fried/baked, and served with a tomato sauce and salad (except Rhys won't eat the salad )
