Thanks @emmavmorgan for starting this! I have been reading with interest! I have been trying to cook more proper food (had got in the really bad habit of shoving oven chips and something in) in the last couple of weeks but still not managed to do a plan! So difficult with me trying to eat lower carb, J not liking pork etc, other boys fussy about one thing or another - is exhausting!

Meals that have gone down well in the last week or 2:
Slow cooked pork shoulder with apples and onion served with pasta and brocolli
Roast chicken, potatoes, carrots, butternut, green beans and gravy
Tacos
Creamy chicken curry
Weekly pizza night of course!
Things I've got in the fridge for the next few days include a lasagne and nems / Vietnamese spring rolls (I'll serve with fried rice). Will maybe try to do a meal plan for next week although my shopping usually involves seeing what meat is on special offer and going from there!
