Isabelle got herself up which isn't unusual - we often hear her opening the blind in her room to see if it's morning or not before coming to get us...
Except she didn't... Turns out she'd soaked through her pullup after a very good night's sleep (she'd had two large cups of milk before bed so not suprising but after being denied fluids until 12.30 from bedtime the previous day we wanted to make sure she was well hydrated) and she'd been taking off her PJs and pullup and then went to take it into the bathroom to pop it in the bin - not something she'd normally do at all (normally shout at me to come get her from her sodden bed!) and had also been trying to dry her bed with the box of tissues we leave for her! Bless her!! (so there were tissues everywhere

But that's not the wonderful bit...
After we sorted that out we were in her bedroom (DH and Grace still asleep as DH took the morning off) and I opened the window a little and we stood there in our dressing gowns and listened to a bird singing...
It was SO wonderful watching her listen with something approaching astonishment on her face - I almost cried!
Wonderful...
Already it's so so fantastic seeing her hear things differently... She doesn't often make a big deal about it but she is clearly hearing so so much better...
