We have both too, and they are our main fitteds now. I find FnS slightly more absorbent but DnF are slimmer so I tend to use those under normal clothes or woolies that are getting a bit small! FnS are my first pick though.
DD is 19 months, not sure how heavy but in age 2-3 clothes, she's very long in the body so we need high rise nappies. We also use HO and HL toddler nappies, HO are the biggest, HL come up tighter than DnF or FnS.
