Daily poo leaks in Tots Bots size1

Could my bby be outgrowing these already? She is 3mths and 5.4kg. I have until recently raved about my Tots COtton nappies never leaking bt forthe last two weeks we have had lots of leaks. The poo just seems to squirt right out of the eg holes and onto the wrap. And this morning onto wool which is a right pain.

They are cotton tots size 1 organic and I haven't needed to boost them yet as she is changed regularly and feeds still at night.
She still seems to fit them OK.
Anyone else had this prob?

I do remember the odd poo leak from any nappy, but tbh they were quite rare and never as bad as the tales of disposables.

If you use a wrap then generally the leak doesn't get passed the 2nd barrier and the wool can be cleaned

Leaks have stopped. I was putting the back rise much higher than the front to avoid builders bum, but have stopped doing that and have almost equal front and back rise and hey presto, no further leaks!
