Flexitots and bamboo nappy question

What kind of wraps can you use over the flexitot? I bought one to try out but didn't bother with the flexiwrap as I'm still just in the trialing stage, I've got BB, LL and TB wraps (and I might get a ME) will any of them work?
Also with the bamboo fitteds I don't have a tumble dryer so while the weather is nice I can take advantage of line drying but once winter sets in will I be able to dry them on my radiator? I know you shouldn't with cotton so I just wondered as otherwise it'll probably be summer again before they dry

i used to use flexitots- i used ME wrape and bambio mia wraps -both worked fine fir me, i am sure bb would be ok as well. i used to tumble dry them but also line dried them and put them on the radiator i never got on with tb wraps
