Failing elastic

I think the elastic is going in my flexi tots... Its only a couple atm and only one side at back of leg so not sure whats going on

I bought these new about 3 months ago, I dont soak, dont use vinegear, I wash on 60 or 40 with bold2in1 and couple drops of tea tree oil and tumble or line dry depending on weather. Im also make sure they have a good rotation so used evenly with several days between.

Not sure if I've done something wrong with them or if they are faulty really.
Should I contact the shop or tots bots directly?

I would contact where ever you bought them from and ask for advice, they may well point you back to tots bots themselves but i would start there

Did you buy them online? if you did you might still have a paypal/email reciept?

Still have emails so will give them a call tuesday
